Sentr is currently in pre-launch. Our formal privacy policy and HIPAA notice are being drafted with legal counsel and will be published before the platform accepts any patient or clinical data. This notice covers only our marketing website and early access list.
This website collects only your name, email address, and clinic name when you submit an early access request. This information is used solely to contact you about Sentr's development and early access program.
We do not collect, store, or process any protected health information (PHI), patient data, or clinical records through this website. None will be collected until the platform is built, HIPAA-compliant infrastructure is in place, and formal agreements are established.
Your information may be used to send you updates on Sentr's development, notify you when early access opens, and reach out to ask what features matter most to your clinic. We will not contact you for unrelated purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. Your information is stored in Google Sheets and accessed only by the Sentr team.
Sentr is being designed from the ground up as a HIPAA-compliant platform. However, this marketing website does not collect, transmit, or store any protected health information. HIPAA obligations apply to the clinical platform, which will be governed by a full HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Business Associate Agreements before any patient data is handled.
